RESTART NY REGRANTS

Restart NY Regrants are offered as part of NYSCA’s Recovery Fund Initiative meant to help support New York’s return to live performance and in-person events. These grants are designed to support live performance projects, as well as projects that feature a public program or presentation.

The RESTART NY REGRANT FUNDS are administered by The Arts Center of the Capital Region and can fund projects that take place in Albany, Rensselaer and Schenectady counties. These grants are awarded for in-person performances and events occurring between July 1, 2021 and June 30, 2022.

The following Funding Acknowledgement and the appropriate Arts Center Logo must be prominently and correctly credited on all programming and marketing materials related to your grant program.

Our SCR Site

The Arts Center of the Capital Region formed as the Rensselaer County Center for the Arts in 1962, and with the help of the New York State Council on the Arts, became the Statewide Community Regrant site for Albany, Rensselaer and Schenectady Counties in 1978. The Arts Center is proud to be the region’s preeminent proponent of the arts, creative education and expression and works to nurture and facilitate artistic diversity, outreach and impact through the Capital Region.
