Please join us for a special edition of Paired Provisions as we bring together some of the region’s finest specialty food and beverage producers for a guided tasting experience like no other. The main event is a pairing of expertly crafted cocktails showcasing spirits from The Albany Distilling Company with gourmet chocolates from Primo Botanica. Rum, rye and non-alcoholic cocktails will be devised by Susie Davidson Powell, an award-winning food and drink writer and long-term dining critic and cocktail columnist.  Avery Stemple of Collar City Mushrooms will also be on hand to discuss the properties and benefits of the fungi , a featured component in each pairing. The event will be held in the Arts Center of the Capital Region’s Jane Altes Gallery and will feature the Critical Forum Artist Exhibition 2024. This one-of-a-kind event offers an opportunity to engage with the personalities that define our region’s food and beverage scene while engaging with the Arts Center’s gallery exhibitions in a thoughtful, provoking manner.
