The Fish Market Community Engagement Project  will be hosting FREE half-day camps for Troy youth (ages 9-13)
starting in August. Each week of camp will focus on a variety of art making experiences led by local artist Chloe
Harrison. 

Throughout each week of camp, you will collaborate and develop your own unique indoor/outdoor art making
experiences. You will have access to a wide variety of art making materials/equipment to develop ideas and
create an engaging art experience for the community.

 

 Camp Information

Monday-Friday | 10am-1pm

Camps will take place at the Fish Market Studio located on 2952 6th Avenue in Troy. 

Families will have
the option to sign up for 1-4 weeks of camp.

Quill Harrison is an artist based in Troy, New York. They received their Bachelor’s in Fine Arts from Russell Sage College, where they studied Art + Extended Media. Their work consists of narrative illustration and sculpture. Their art explores communication, relationships, social anxiety, and the endless questions about this existence. They have exhibited their artwork at the Arts Center of the Capital Region, Saratoga Arts, Albany Center Gallery, Opalka Gallery, and more. Currently, Quill is working as a freelance illustrator, muralist, and exploring their studio practice.
