8/28-9/1 Capture Troy: Photography Exploration

Focusing on photography concepts and techniques, students will learn the arts and science of digital photography, exploring the camera and how it works, lighting and studio techniques, digital image processing, and printing. Students will take several walking trips in Downtown Troy for inspiration. These trips will help with framing, lighting, and composition. Students will also learn to discuss, critique, and curate images. Students may bring their own camera, or use the DLSR cameras from our Digital Arts Studio. Students will develop the skills necessary to develop their vision into a tangible product, and leave with great work for their portfolio!
