Grantees are required to provide and submit to the 2023 SCR Program Calendar of Events Form below.
This form will enable Arts Center staff, board, panelists, and community members to review your program in person. If your event is ticketed, you will be required to provide 4 tickets for review purposes.
It is mandatory for all 2023 grant recipients to incorporate the following statement, along with one of the designated Arts Center logos, in all project-related materials, both in printed form and online.
Please note that the Arts Center logo can be downloaded by performing a right-click action. It is important to emphasize that recipients are strictly prohibited from utilizing the NYSCA logo.
