Robert Moylan has been painting gouache landscapes for the past 25 years. His landscapes are brightly colored celebrations of the rural beauty of Rensselaer and Washington counties in New York. In the tradition of the Hudson River School, luminous sunsets and dramatic skies ride above farmhouses, barns, silos and fields that serve as reminders of the human existence within these natural settings. He resides in Waterford with his wife and three children.
