I grew up on a sheep farm in central NJ and have been interested in creating artwork ever since I was a wee tyke. During high school and college, I was heavily involved in the skate and punk scenes in my area, and I started to work on fanzines and fliers for shows and skate events. I graduated with a fine art degree from Skidmore college in 1996, and started picking up some graphic design skills while continuing to draw and paint on the side. Since then I have lived and worked in Denver, New York City and presently Saratoga Springs, NY where I am an Art Director for a major educational publishing company. I continue to paint, skate and manage an active freelance roster on the side. I also teach design part time at the Arts Center of the Capital Region in Troy, NY and am pursuing an MFA from Academy of Art University.
