Seasonal Soups: Fall Edition

Hearty Fall Soups made fresh and easy from local in farm fresh ingredients. Along with the soups, we will discuss in detail the deliciousness and ease of homemade stocks. All students will watch and assist in the making of 3 soups and be given samples of each soup with a booklet of recipes, resources and techniques.
