Discover and explore the geometric patterns found everywhere in the world around us. This hands-on workshop will deepen your understanding and appreciation of the universal patterns found throughout nature, art and architecture by teaching you classical techniques of drawing with a compass and straight edge. From the scared geometry of ancient Egypt and Greece and the architecture of the Renaissance to the works of E.M Escher and the discoveries of modern science, this course will investigate the geometric patterns and principles that connect everything.
