Learn to make Chef Sarah Fish’s award winning chili and a few modifications to change the recipe for your family’s liking. Just in time for the Superbowl, this class will cover making chili from scratch with locally raised grass fed beef and how to adjust the flavor to make it your own. It doesn’t end there! Chili has so many ingredients, it provides the perfect opportunity to learn how to make snacks to go along with it. You’ll leave having learned to make homemade hummus and dips for your party platter and what to do with the left overs (if there are any!)
