#4: Pizza and Bread Doughs. Are you ready to start making bread and pizza dough at home? This course will cover the science, art and timing of playing with bread dough for low-fuss, high flavor homemade pizza and bread. Whole grain flours will be featured, but white flour will get stage time, too. (Sorry, no gluten free recipes in this one.)
