Instructor: Ellie Markovitch Member:216 | Non-Member:240 | Materials Fee: 40 Enrollment Max: 12

The Arts Center is teaming up with the Agricultural Stewardship Association (ASA) for this unique farm-to-table summer bootcamp for adults. Experience life on the farm with instructor Ellie Markovitch of and Dali-Mamma Café. In this participatory camp, you will visit three local farms, and on Saturday the Troy Farmer’s Market, then each day help Ellie prepare your farm-to-table lunch and enjoy it together while documenting it all with your camera. We are never too old to go to camp, make new friends, explore beautiful Washington and Rensselaer counties and have a blast! Don’t forget to bring your camera! On the last day you will meet back here at The Arts Center to work on editing your photographs. You’ll leave with great photographs that capture the important role farms and food play in our lives. NOTE: Information about location of farms for the Wednesday-Friday meetings will be given out after registering for the bootcamp, and students will be expected to meet Ellie at the farms.
