Learn to cook light, yet satisfying, low-calorie dishes that highlight the abundance of locally-sourced seasonal produce. In each class, we’ll make a main course and side dish, salad, or dessert. This is the perfect class for a beginner learning the basics. Community Inclusion Project classes provide opportunities for people with a variety of abilities and backgrounds to learn together.
