This is a six week class that will introduce the Chakra System as it relates to your yoga practice. Chakras are center for the
reception, assimilation and expression of life force energy. In this course you will learn to how to support your Chakra system
through asana (postures) and other yogic practices. We will be doing some writing, meditation and discussion as part of the
learning. Please bring a journal, meditation cushion or pillow if you have one, and an open heart. No Class 11/27.
