August 4, 2014 to August 15, 2014 — 09:00 AM to 04:00 PM
Instructor: Jennifer Tayne Member:493 | Non-Member:493 Enrollment Max: 12

Are you looking for a summer enrichment opportunity for your child with an Individualized Education Program? This August, we are piloting a new camp for students with unique minds to produce creative works of art through movement. Over two weeks students ages 6-10 will be led by a professional certified in Art and Childhood Special Education, with a student-to-staff ratio of no more than 4-to-1. Your child will engage in thoughtful curriculum designed to build social, communication, and gross and fine motor skills. Each activity will exercise controlled elements of body movement to produce beautiful results; smooth strokes of charcoal, arching swipes with rollers, and choreographed hand puppetry, to name a few. This unique experience will stimulate your child’s creativity in an accepting and fun environment, providing space to create identity, embrace gifts, amp up confidence, and build skills though art! Grant funds are available for all campers, IEP’s must be provided. Above price includes a 25% grant funded subsidy. Contact Sunny da Silva (518)273-0552 ext. 222 or before you register.
