The Arts Center offer a variety of dance and fitness classes by qualified instructors. A majority of our dance and fitness classes are “Drop-In” friendly. If you’re schedule doesn’t allow you to pre-register for a full session, feel free to join us as a drop-in student. For a list of our Drop-In classes, click here.

Our instructors will help you along the way in your fitness journey. Please check with your doctor before beginning a new fitness routine.  We look forward to seeing you in the studio!
