Learn to cook light, yet satisfying, low-calorie dishes that highlight the abundance of locally-sourced seasonal produce. In each class, we’ll make a main course and side dish, salad, or dessert. With an emphasis on whole food gluten-free ingredients, including teff and buckwheat, you’ll walk away with the know-how to save money on gluten-free products and to build more nutrition and variety into a gluten-free kitchen.
